# Getting and managing access to OneCompute services

# Entering into an agreement for OneCompute usage

All individuals can register themselves in the OneCompute portal, however, they will not be automatically assigned to an account. When an initial agreement for OneCompute usage is confirmed with the DNV sales manager we suggest including a list of e-mail addresses of the initial users as well as at least one account administrator. The account will then be created with the appropriate consumption limits and the specified users will be assigned to it.

# Registering a new user

All users should register directly in the OneCompute portal. To be assigned to an account, one of the account administrators should contact OneCompute support to confirm that the user is to be added to the account.

# Personal data

The personal data stored by OneCompute consists of: first and last name; account affiliation and e-mail address. This data is only visible to Account Administrators of the same Account and OneCompute administrators and it can be deleted at any time at the request of the user or their Account Administrator.

# Changing roles

Requests for role changes, for example from user to account administrator, should be made by account administrators to OneCompute support.

# Contacting OneCompute support

To contact OneCompute support, click on the “Find support here” link on the bottom left corner of the page in the OneCompute portal.

This will direct you to the form in the Customer Portal for creating a new support case. Specify the product brand as “Eco Common Space” and product as “PaaS Compute” then fill in the remaining fields as desired.
